Berliner Vinylwerk operates in Berlin, Germany, under German Federal and Regional Law. We are authorised to cut original tracks onto vinyl exclusively on behalf of the client and for the client’s sole interest.
Our role is purely technical: we engrave audio content exactly as received, without modification. We have no means of verifying the origin, ownership or legal status of the audio files submitted to us.
⚠️ Copyright infringement is a criminal offence.
By placing an order — through our website, email, WhatsApp, telephone or any other channel — the client explicitly declares that:
- They are the legal owner of all rights to the submitted audio content, OR
- They hold a valid licence authorising reproduction on vinyl, OR
- They have obtained all necessary permissions from the rights holders.
The client assumes full and sole legal responsibility for the content submitted. Berliner Vinylwerk bears no liability whatsoever for any copyright infringement arising from the client’s order.
This declaration covers German Copyright Law (UrhG), EU Directive 2019/790, and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
