Follow these steps to place your order and send your files correctly.
🛒 How to place an order
- Select the product on our website
- Choose the format — 7″, 10″ or 12″
- Enter the total minutes of audio and complete the checkout
- You will receive your Order Number by email (example: #1995)
📁 Step 1 — Accepted audio formats
We accept all common audio formats:
- .WAV — RECOMMENDED — best quality, minimum 24-bit / 44.1kHz
- .AIFF — excellent quality, minimum 24-bit / 44.1kHz
- .MP3 — accepted, minimum 320kbps
- .FLAC — accepted, lossless quality
- .AAC / .M4A — accepted
💡 While we can work with all formats, always send the highest quality version available. WAV or AIFF give the best result on vinyl.
📁 Step 2 — Rename your audio files
Rename each track by position only. Do not use track titles as filenames.
- Single vinyl: A1 — A2 — A3 / B1 — B2 — B3
- Double vinyl: continue — C1 — C2 — C3 / D1 — D2 — D3
📁 Step 3 — Add label graphics (if applicable)
Include label artwork in .JPG format inside the folder, renamed as:
- sideA.jpg — sideB.jpg — sideC.jpg — sideD.jpg
📁 Step 4 — Create and name the folder
Put all files inside one folder. Name it with your Order Number.
Example: #1995 / A1.wav — A2.wav — B1.wav — sideA.jpg — sideB.jpg
📁 Step 5 — Compress the folder
Compress the folder into a .ZIP file. Example: #1995.zip
📁 Step 6 — Upload and send
Upload the .ZIP file via SwissTransfer: swisstransfer.com
Send the download link to: berlinervinyl@gmail.com
Write your Order Number in the message.
