We accept audio files in the following formats: .wav, .aiff, or .mp3.

2. How should I organize the audio files in the folder?

Organize the files in a folder with the folder’s name corresponding to the order number.

3. How should I rename the audio files based on their position on each side?

Rename the audio files based on their position: A1, A2, B1, B2, and continue the sequence for multiple vinyl in the same project (C1, C2, D1, D2, and so on).

4. What about label graphics?

If you have a printed label, include the respective graphic for each side in .jpg format. Rename them as follows: sideA.jpg, sideB.jpg, etc.

5. Once the folder is complete, what’s the next step?

Once the folder is organized and files are renamed, compress it into a .zip format.

6. How do I send the files to you?

Send the compressed folder through the wetransfer.com service to our email address: berlinervinyl@gmail.com.
